Was it fun for you while it lasted?
For me, I savored every moment.
As we got to know each other,
I never thought your friendship lent.
Our memories we shared, and we laughed.
I was glad, of the few parts of you I thought I knew.
Our chats and jokes could now be scars.
If you're gone, Its okay. I only miss you.
You got to know me, and called me out.
You saw right through me, you calmed me down.
I smiled when I thought your name, even asleep.
I wish regret was only a shoe, a slipper, a suit or a gown.
Was it worth what it lasted?
I valued every moment we went through.
As we made each other tear up or smile.
If you've hurt me, its okay. I only miss you.
Could it all be repeated? if you had the chance?
we talked, through a chat, or a thought, a phone, or a song.
You were a smart ass and I was a pain.
Wondered, how could we through our friendship, anything gain.
We had our fun, tortured and a few put in fear.
Some would wonder where one was when the other was near.
When i needed someone, you were there, true.
If I am gone, its Okay. I only miss you.
You used me and I used you, ironic too true.
How many more words can rhyme with YOU?!?
Not to build Ego, but yeah.. you're THAT Cute.

I broke your heart, and you still freaking cared
We played our games, like our hearts were not there.
Both of us swore our heart were but Cold.
But surprised, for the thawing we both were thought Bold.
I avoided you, and you felt the sting of my choice.
yes, I know how you smiled at the sound of my voice.
My mind in turmoil, i kept you aside.
You foolishly kept on, without ever losing your stride.
Yes I cared, I may even have loved you.
But our circumstances plain sucked, and this you knew.
So I kept you at distance, far from my hearts full view.
If I hurt you, Its Okay. I only Miss you.
O' dear friend how wish it were past
so then I could tell you I wish it would last.
My Friendship with you, did I have a clue?
That you would hurt me?
That I would hurt you?
That you would leave me?
That i would leave you?
That you would shelf me?
That i would shelf you?
If you think of me
If you've moved on...
If you miss me
If you hear that song...
A memory of few.
If you remember me, don't you worry.

Sometimes we only like pieces and parts of people...not the whole person. And sometimes it's the broken pieces that are the most interesting.
